Workshop: June Workshop
You will be able to make a series of smaller items that help you learn the basics of leather crafting or you could make a Bucket Hat, an Indiana Jones Type Hat or an iPad folder. You do not have to be experienced to complete the items.
Date: 26th/27th June 2021
Time: Arrive 8.30 am ready for an 9am start. Finish around 5.00 pm.
Tutor: Janelle Hampton
Level: Beginner to Advanced. All welcome! No experience is required.
Cost: Members: $40 per day; Non-Members: $50 per day (Kit Cost: Varies)

COVID: Due to Covid restrictions for social distancing the workshop has been designed so that there will be minimal close contact in the teaching process while still allowing you to learn and create some decorative and useful items. Antibacterial wipes will be supplied so that all shared items can be wiped down after using. The Epping Center has implemented covid policies to ensure our safety, and you will be sent and email prior to attending .We will supply all sanitising items for your use.
Tools required for the project:
- Craft mat
- Cutting knife / scalpel
- Plus bring these if you have them: Mallet, swivel knife and tools.
Workshop Lunch: You will need to bring your own morning / afternoon tea and lunch. Hot water is available but due to covid we no longer have use of the fridge.
Booking Cut-Off Date: The cut-off date for booking this class is 24th June 2021. This will allow Janelle to purchase the necessary materials for the class.
